A highly decorative late 19th/ early 20th century Russian porcelain plate made for the Central Asian market.  Has the original Russian factory stamp on the back.  
 
What's so suprising and wonderful for Susan Deliss is that this plate looks so contemporary but is antique and has travelled from Imperial Russia to Central Asia and then via a circuitous route to London.
