This is a really lovey pair of 19th century French brass carriage lamps. The glass on the sides is clear and there is a bit of red glass at the front/ back depending on how you display them.
They would be very atmospheric on a wall. They will probably have been used outside but we recommend that they only be used indoors to protect them.
