Very attractive and atmospheric framed first half 20th century French oil painting, signed M. Lejeune bottom right.
 
The hotel sign says Hotel de la Puisaye so this was painted in the Puisaye Region of France, near the birthplace of the celebrated French writer Colette.
 
The frame is almost certainly the original frame.
 
Framed size is approximately 23" wide x 19 3/4" high / 58cm wide x 50cm high.
Painting size is approximately 18" wide x just over 14 1/2" high /approximately 45cm wide x 37cm high.
